Adrian Balfour
Founder and Chairman of the Board
Adrian Balfour founded Pcubed in 1994 having previously worked in the automotive industry for Ford Motor Company. As Pcubed's first CEO, Adrian was instrumental in driving the revenue growth and market positioning of Pcubed as one of the world's leading program and portfolio management services companies.
Adrian remains active in the strategic positioning and development of our large clientele accounts and the ongoing success of these Pcubed partnerships. Adrian operates from Pcubed's New York City office.

Paul Driver
Founder
Paul Driver as co-founder of Pcubed International was responsible for establishing Pcubed's international practice and extending the business from its automotive engineering roots into IT and other vertical industries.
Paul has previously held technical and managerial positions at Ford of Europe and managed re-engineering projects for Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Paul operates from Pcubed's EMEA headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

Martin Hodgson
CEO and Executive Board Member
In his capacity as CEO of Pcubed, Martin Hodgson is responsible for the strategic, operational and business success of Pcubed across its three geographic regions. Martin's previous roles during his 9 year career with Pcubed have been as General Manager EMEA.
Martin is an Executive Director of the Pcubed Board and reports to the Chairman. Martin operates from Pcubed's EMEA headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

Paul Sausville
Board Member
Paul has been with Microsoft 13 years where he has served as a Senior Director in both marketing and finance. In his marketing role, Paul focused on revenue growth strategies and partner ecosystems. In his finance role, Paul reported directly to the Microsoft CFO, and served as the Senior Finance Director for the Information Worker Business Group where he was responsible for P&L management and directed the analysis for multiple large acquisitions including Visio, Great Plains, and Navision.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Paul worked at AT&T and NCR in several finance and consulting roles.

Todd Warren
Board Member
Todd Warren worked at Microsoft from 1987 until 2009 in a wide variety of roles. For the last 8 years he worked in the mobile and embedded category, including as Corporate Vice President Mobile Product Development. Prior to Mobile Todd worked as the General Manager for Microsoft Project.
Todd has been writing and selling software since the 9th grade. For the last 15 years, he has managed software product teams in size from 30 to 1200 comprising software engineers, product designers, and product managers. He launched new products to market, like Microsoft Exchange, Small Business Server, Microsoft Project Server, and Portable Media Center; as well as led or been involved in the development of major revisions of products like Windows CE, Windows Mobile, Windows Automotive, Windows NT/Windows Server. Todd is professor of software engineering at Northwestern University.

Richard Siddle
General Manager EMEA Operations
Richard is a General Manager for EMEA, and is responsible for the sales, delivery and operational success of the EMEA business.
Richard's previous roles since joining in 1997 have included the successful leadership of a range of project and program management engagements across construction, engineering and manufacturing. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Richard operates from Pcubed's EMEA headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

Dermot Brannock
General Manager North American Operations
In his capacity as General Manager North America, Dermot is responsible for the sales, delivery and operational success of the North American business.
Dermot's previous roles during his 12-year career with Pcubed have included Senior Vice President US West Region and Business Unit Manager for the Ford account. Dermot operates from Pcubed North America's corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Martin Hooper
General Manager Asia Pacific Operations
Martin Hooper joined Pcubed in 2003 from Microsoft to establish Pcubed's presence in the Asia Pacific region.
Martin has worked globally in addressing multi-regional clientele needs along with providing executive management of Pcubed's global marketing. Martin operates from Pcubed's Asia Pacific corporate headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Sharon Walsh
Global Head of Human Resources
In her role as Global Head of Human Resources, Sharon is responsible for the successful delivery of Pcubed's people related strategy including recruitment, training and development, rewards and performance management.
Sharon joined Pcubed in 1997 having previously worked in Education and Training where she was involved in the development of competence based vocational qualifications. Sharon is a Business and Finance graduate and operates from Pcubed's EMEA Headquarters in London.

Graham Wallace
Global Head of Finance and Operations
Graham joined Pcubed at the beginning of 2001, initially as Finance Manager of the European and Asia Pacific operations and recently assumed the role of CFO.
After military service Graham started his career at what is now KPMG in South Africa and graduated from the University of South Africa in Mercantile Law and Accounting. Graham operates from Pcubed's EMEA Headquarters in London.
