Adrian Balfour founded Pcubed in 1994 having previously worked in the automotive and telecoms industries. As chief executive he organically grew the firm from a consulting opportunity with Ford Motor Company to be a global provider of project management services with over 350 full time consultants. Adrian is responsible for the strategic, operational and business success of Pcubed across its three geographic regions.

Adrian originates from Northern Ireland and now lives in Pennsylvania. He operates from Pcubed's New York City office.

Paul Driver established Pcubed's UK office and was responsible for growing Pcubed's international practice in London. Paul remains active in the strategic positioning and development of our large clientele accounts and the ongoing success of these Pcubed partnerships.

Paul has previously held technical and managerial positions at Ford of Europe and managed re-engineering projects for Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Paul operates from Pcubed's EMEA headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

Bob Zito was formerly the Chief Communications Officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb where he led strategic communications with a focus on building the Bristol-Myers Squibb corporate brand.

Prior to BMS, Bob Zito held key strategic communications and branding positions in the entertainment and financial industries. At Sony he rebranded the company as a global entertainment organization following the purchases of CBS Records and Columbia Pictures. Then, during a 10-year career as executive vice president of the New York Stock Exchange, he was credited with building the NYSE's brand into one of the most respected in the world.

Col. Jack Jacobs is an on-air analyst for NBC on security and defense issues and one of the most decorated soldiers of his era - a recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor, three Bronze stars and two Silver stars.

He also has had a significant career in financial services. Col. Jacobs was the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Auto Finance Group, a Managing Director at Bankers Trust, and is currently a principal in the Fitzroy Group of London. In addition to writing several books including his Colby award winning memoir If Not Now, When?, he holds the McDermott Chair of Humanities and Public Affairs at the US Military Academy, is Vice-Chairman of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation, and serves on the Board of the National World War II Museum. Col. Jacobs also serves on the Board of the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, which aids the families of troops and law enforcement officers killed in action.

Leonora Balfour is a Director on the Board of Pcubed, which she co-founded with Adrian in 1994. Prior to this, she worked in technical sales with Hewlett Packard. Leonora established the infrastructure of Pcubed, while leading the sales and marketing team in growing the business. She also started the Microsoft Project User Group.

Leonora works on Pcubed's West Coast office, focusing on strategy and corporate operations.

In a long and distinguished career Mr. Post held many key executive positions including, Managing Director Business Development at Christie's International Limited, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Coutts & Co, Deputy Chairman of the London Stock Exchange and Chief Operating Officer of Lehman Brothers International Ltd.

Currently Mr. Post serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Ahli United Bank BSC and is Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Euroclear PLC, Investors Capital Trust PLC. and Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings S.A.R.L. He is also the Chairman of Earthwatch Institute (Europe). Mr Post received an MBE for services to the environment in 2006.

Martin supports the strategic positioning and development of our large clientele and growth accounts into South East Asia. Since joining Pcubed in 1998, his previous roles have included that of CEO and General Manager EMEA. Martin's achievements include the successful leadership of a range of project and program management engagements across UK government, manufacturing and petrochemical industries. Prior to Pcubed Martin worked for Ford Motor Company and Lloyd's register as IT manager.

Martin operates from Pcubed's EMEA headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

Richard is a General Manager for EMEA, and is responsible for the sales, delivery and operational success of the EMEA business.

Richard's previous roles since joining in 1997 have included the successful leadership of a range of project and program management engagements across construction, engineering and manufacturing. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Richard operates from Pcubed's EMEA headquarters in London, United Kingdom.

In his capacity as General Manager North America, Dermot is responsible for the sales, delivery and operational success of the North American business.

Dermot's previous roles since joining Pcubed in 1996 have included Senior Vice President US West Region and Business Unit Manager for the Ford account. Dermot operates from Pcubed North America's corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

David Wells joined Pcubed in 1998, initially with the UK team, having worked for a number of engineering consulting organizations.

David has lead the Pcubed Australian operation since 2004 and the foundations have been laid successfully in the region. Pcubed is now respected and known as a leading and growing PPM consultancy. David operates from the Pcubed Australia headquarters in Sydney.

In her role as Global Head of Human Resources, Sharon is responsible for the successful delivery of Pcubed's people related strategy including recruitment, training and development, rewards and performance management.

Sharon joined Pcubed in 1997 having previously worked in Education and Training where she was involved in the development of competence based vocational qualifications. Sharon is a Business and Finance graduate and operates from Pcubed's EMEA Headquarters in London.

Graham joined Pcubed at the beginning of 2001, initially as Finance Manager of the European and Asia Pacific operations and recently assumed the role of CFO.

After military service Graham started his career at what is now KPMG in South Africa and graduated from the University of South Africa in Mercantile Law and Accounting. Graham operates from Pcubed's EMEA Headquarters in London.
