Personal Development
As a consultant you will be assigned a coach to help mentor you through your career with us, helping you to spot opportunities for development, as well as providing advice and support. If you wish to become a coach you'll be offered specialist training to help you in this role. At Pcubed you'll have the room to develop your skills and also your personal networks. We keep our employees up to date through our in-house newsletters, twice yearly company events and industry focused team meetings.
Each Pcubed office also holds regular team events, including sporting activities, cultural tours and social evenings. Pcubed offers charity and sabbatical leave, and sponsors a number of charity events, as an employee you'll be very welcome to participate in these charity events.
