The Pcubed Solution

After performing a maturity assessment and developing a roadmap for improvement a formal governance process, a set of standard deliverables, and review / approval gates were defined jointly by Pcubed and the client and integrated into an online framework for managing to that process. This governance framework was a starter kit that enabled any process to be defined and used to drive consistency in delivering projects. This solution increased the efficiency of project scheduling activities and put the focus on a standardized approach to managing projects. Custom reports and metrics were developed to drive visibility and adoption to the processes.
